Purpose of Our Zero Tolerance Policy
At Innerlink Therapy, we are committed to creating a safe, respectful and supportive environment for everyone who interacts with our practice. This policy outlines the behaviours we expect from clients, families, visitors and team members to ensure everyone feels valued and supported.
As such, the following will not be tolerated, and are never OK at Innerlink Therapy:
- Persistent or unrealistic demands
- Verbal abuse
- Racial abuse
- Offensive language
- Swearing
- Physical violence towards any staff member or client
- Sexual harassment

Our Zero Tolerance Policy applies to all clients, parents, carers, visitors, contractors and team members who interact with Innerlink Therapy. We expect everyone to communicate respectfully and contribute to a safe and positive environment.
