Through enjoyable, hands-on cooking experiences, participants build independence while practising social communication, executive functioning, problem-solving and teamwork in a supportive environment.

Tailored for ages 15 and older, with a separate group for tweens (11-14 years) and a junior (5-9) years group, this program supports personal growth through cooking while promoting essential life skills and healthy eating.
