You can refer yourself or your child. However, a doctor’s referral is required for GP Chronic Condition Management plan Medicare Rebates and a paediatrician’s referral is required for Neurodevelopmental Disorders Medicare rebates.

Medicare -What do I need to do?
- When booking your appointment, let us know you have a Medicare referral from your GP or Paediatrician.
- Send us a copy of your referral before your appointment (via email).
Medicare rebates for therapy
We accept the following GP Chronic Condition Management Plan (GPCCMP)

Complex Neurodevelopmental disorders and eligible disabilities
Your paediatrician must refer your child to access Medicare-funded Speech Pathology or Occupational Therapy services to support assessment or diagnosis.

Do I need to pay?
Yes. You will need to pay the full session fee on the day, and we will provide a receipt so you can claim your rebate from Medicare.
You will receive a rebate of $61.80c for Chronic Disease Management Plans or $87.25 for Complex Neurodevelopmental Disorders items.
Private Health Insurance
In-Clinic Appointments
Please bring your private health insurance card to your appointment. We can process your claim on the spot, and you only pay the difference.
Telehealth
We are unable to process private health insurance claims for telepractice or online sessions. Instead, we will email your paid receipt so you can claim directly with your insurer.
