Choosing the right therapy provider is an important decision. Below are answers to some of the questions we are most commonly asked about our Speech Pathology and Occupational Therapy services at Innerlink Therapy.

What services does Innerlink Therapy provide?

Innerlink Therapy provides evidence-based Speech Pathology and Occupational Therapy services for children, adolescents and adults. Our services include communication, speech, language, swallowing, feeding, AAC communication support, orofacial myology, occupational therapy, Functional Capacity Assessments, autism support, telehealth, group programs and home care package services.

Do I need a referral?

No. Most clients can book an appointment without a referral.
However, if you are accessing Medicare-funded services or another funding program, a referral from your GP, paediatrician or specialist may be required.

Is Innerlink Therapy an NDIS Registered Provider?

Yes.
Innerlink Therapy is a registered NDIS provider delivering Therapeutic Supports for participants who are NDIA-managed, Plan-managed and Self-managed.

Can I claim Medicare rebates?

Some clients may be eligible for Medicare rebates through a GP Chronic Condition Management Plan or other eligible referral pathways.

Do you accept private health insurance?

Yes.
If your extras cover includes Speech Pathology or Occupational Therapy, eligible in-clinic appointments can often be claimed using our terminal. Telehealth clients receive a receipt to submit to their health fund.

What ages do you see?

We support people of all ages, including:

What happens during the first appointment?

Your first appointment usually includes:

Do you offer telehealth appointments?

Yes.
Many Speech Pathology and Occupational Therapy services can be delivered via telehealth, allowing clients to access therapy from home or another convenient location.

Do you work with schools, preschools and aged care facilities?

Yes.

Where is your clinic located?

Our clinic is located in Belmore, NSW, servicing families throughout Sydney and the Canterbury–Bankstown region. We also provide telehealth services for clients who cannot attend in person.
